Visit our online Return Center and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.
Print Prepaid Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure delivery back to our facility.
Pack Your Item
Place the item in its original packaging with all included manuals and accessories, then securely attach the return label to the outside of the box.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects the returned merchandise, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 7-10 business days.
